Traditional Poetry

I started writing poetry in my fourth grade English class and have continued on and off, as the mood strikes.  Like my visual poetry, I tend to write accessible poems.  One of my favorite poets is Robert Frost.  I am a fan of rhythm and alliteration, but have also explored some free verse forms.  I am attempting to get some poems published in print or online journals, so some of my best, most recent works are not currently on this site.  Some selections are below; click on the titles to read.
